Payment

Full payment is due upfront before any custom work begins.

Design Approval

A digital proof or mockup will be provided if applicable. Once the design is
approved by the customer, no further edits or cancellations can be made.

Thees & Feld Co.™️ is not
responsible for errors such as names, dates, or colors that were approved by
the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because custom items are made specifically for you, 50% of payment is
non-refundable. If you choose not to complete your order, the 50% of your
payment will be forfeited.

No refunds will be issued once production has started.

Turnaround Time

Estimated production time will be provided at the time of order. Delays in
payment, or design approval will extend turnaround time.

Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

Pickup and Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. All shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order leaves our facility
and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Thees & Fled Co.™️ is not
responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Local pickup may be arranged at no cost.

Unpaid or Abandoned Orders

Orders not paid in full within seven days of design approval will be cancelled.

Color and Print Variations

Due to screen settings, fabric differences, and printing methods, slight
variations in color, placement, or scale may occur. These are not considered
defects.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

Thees & Feld Co.™️ is not responsible for sizing issues once items are produced.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within three business days with photos.

After this window, we cannot guarantee replacements.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Thees & Feld Co.™️ is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided
content.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to decline custom orders that conflict with our brand values or mission.

Ownership of Designs

All artwork, designs, and mockups created by Thees & Feld Co.™️ remain our
property until the order is paid in full.

We reserve the right to display finished products on our website and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

Customer Provided Items

A waiver must be signed when items are collected to be printed or stitched.
Customer-supplied garments are accepted with the understanding that Thees & Feld Co.™️ assumes no liability for misprints, stains, holes or damage that may occur during the decoration process, including heat pressing and embroidery.
While we take every precaution, there is always a risk of machine and/or human error. All customer-provided items are submitted entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Thees & Feld Co.™️ strongly recommends that all garments provided for decoration be new and unwashed. For items that have been previously worn or washed, we cannot guarantee optimal decoration quality. In the event of an issue with a customer- supplied item, Thees & Feld Co.™️ will not replace the garment. Any damaged item will be returned to the customer with our sincere apologies.

Additionally, when removing existing embroidery, we cannot guarantee complete removal or that the garment will remain undamaged.

To minimize risk, we encourage customers to have Thees & Feld Co.™️ source garments directly. By ordering through our approved suppliers, we are able to match materials to the decoration process and can replace items in the event of an error.

By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy and accept full
responsibility for any damage or loss to garments or items that I provide to
Thees & Feld Co.™️, now and in the future.
